At Dannheisser Injury Law, we work all of our personal injury cases on contingency fee, meaning if we do not win the case, you don’t owe us anything. All of our fees and costs are paid for out of settlement or jury verdict proceeds, so our clients never owe us out of pocket for our legal representation. If we are not able to secure a settlement or jury verdict on your behalf, you do not owe us any money.
Unlike some law firms, we will take your case to trial. Some law firms are averse to going to trial as there is a chance they lose, thus removing any ability for that law firm to recover their attorney’s fees and/or costs. Also, law firms do not usually go to trial as most personal injury lawsuits settle prior.
